Return Process

Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, ear tips, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
